It’s never too late to improve sleep! Whether your baby is used to rocking, feeding, or being held to sleep, we can gently transition them to independent sleep habits that work for your family.

My baby is teething. Can I start now?

Yes, you can. Teething is always happening. The key is to make sure your baby’s sleep schedule is on point. That alone helps lower cortisol (that wired, overtired feeling) and can actually make teething easier to handle. You don’t have to overhaul everything at once. Start with one small, manageable habit shift. If you’d rather wait until the worst of the teething has passed, that’s okay too. But remember, overtired babies usually struggle more with teething. So good sleep is part of the solution, not the problem.
