To begin, you’ll fill out a simple Intake Form that helps Carolina gently understand your child’s sleep rhythms, your parenting approach, and what matters most to your family right now. This first step allows her to meet you exactly where you are and create a calm, supportive foundation for sleep that feels clear, personalized, and truly doable.
PRIVATE SLEEP CONSULTATION:
In this one hour virtual session, we get crystal clear on how your child is wired for sleep using the Sleep Trifecta System™. Together, we co-create a personalized plan tailored to your child’s age, needs, and your family’s real life.
We map out naps, nighttime sleep, feeds, middle-of-the-night waking's, and the sleep environment so you know exactly what to do and why it works.
Your session is recorded, so you can return to it anytime for clarity and reassurance.
SLEEP TRIFECTA SYSTEM™ SLEEP PLAN
Your personalized Sleep Trifecta System™ plan includes a clear, age-appropriate schedule, simple step-by-step guidance for bedtime and night wakings, and sleep environment support tailored to your family. It gently aligns your child’s natural sleep rhythms with practical strategy and emotional reassurance. You’ll have a clear, supportive roadmap so you’re never guessing what to do next.
EXPERT SLEEP SUPPORT:
You’ll have 4 weeks of continuous support, with text guidance for naps and bedtime whenever you need it. Plus, you'll have 3 support calls to check in, celebrate your progress, and answer any questions that pop up along the way. You’re never alone !
LIVE BEDTIME SUPPORT with Carolina being you personal guide through the bedtime journey. Picture having Carolina by your side, virtually, offering soothing support and gentle direction via FaceTime, with her guiding you through headphones or airpods. No more panic, no more second-guessing. Together, you'll create a peaceful rhythm that helps your little one begin to self-soothe, all while you stay calm and confident in real time. Once your baby is asleep, you'll chat about the process, fine-tuning everything to meet their unique needs.
IN-HOME BEDTIME SUPPORT:
Limited Availability and for ages 6 -18months! Serving all NYC boroughs and NJ.
Carolina will personally come to your home for a one-time bedtime support session, guiding you step-by-step in real-time to ensure you feel calm, confident, and on track. Once your child is asleep, you'll review the process together and discuss the next steps for continued success.
This in-home support is an additional $150 per hour on top of the $2,500 private session fee.

Please note: A travel fee may apply based on your location. This is not an overnight service. Carolina will be with you for the full bedtime process and wrap up once your child has fallen asleep.
SLEEP GPS (Get Predictable Sleep) E-GUIDE:
After sleep has been established, most families enjoy steady, predictable nights. However, because children are growing and developing, temporary disruptions can still happen, such as illness, travel, teething, separation anxiety, schedule changes, new siblings, or having another caregiver help with sleep. These moments are normal and do not undo your child’s progress. With the right, simple adjustments, sleep returns back on track quickly and this guide walks you through exactly how to handle each situation with clarity and confidence.
